STAR WARS 'JEDI WARRIOR' KIDS WORKOUT

Hey Kids. I’m bringing out a series of Star Wars Themed workouts for you to train to.
This time I’m Bringing to you your very own ‘JEDI’ HIIT Workout.

All you need to do is follow along with me, and use of course THE FORCE! 🙂

Each exercise is 30secs work with 10secs rest and perform these 5 SITH exercises 3 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
Try to perform this 3-4 times this week and Get those JEDI Calories Burning 🙂

Your Exercises :-
FORCE BLASTS – 30sec
LANDO LUNGES – 30secs
FORCE STRIKES – 30secs
QUI-GON CRUNCH – 30secs
BRIDGER BLOCKS – 30secs
